SMART WRENCH
I was responsible for creating the app experience for a new smart wrench that was developed by FACOM. This smart wrench was the first to let users tighten multiple bolts at different levels without stopping in-between. This was a big deal for the auto and manufacturing industry because it allowed users to tighten up to 20 bolts in a fraction of the time.
Wireframes
After creating the first feature list I jump into wireframing.
Screen designs
For this project I designed the main screens and wire framed out the wrest of the app. We then used an agency to complete the wrest of the design and development while I moved into a creative director role with weekly approval meetings. We created the same app for two brands at the same time so identifying brand elements that could change the look and feel of the app with minimum development was crucial.
